We hope to raise $100,000 supporting men's wellness
Your Support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission. We hope to raise $100,000 that will be used to support men’s wellness. We estimate to have this funding in within our renewal updated Alberta Government License/Registration January 1, 2026 to December 23, 2026
Funds collected in 2025 and 2026 will go towards:
- Advertising for Free Men’s Groups
- Business Cards/Post Cards or Posters if required.
- Facilitator’s pay for online facilitation of groups.
- Volunteer Appreciation for Directors and Facilitators
- Pay for Invited Guest Speakers
- Rental venues for upcoming male-focused keynote speakers. These can be recorded and posted online.
- Hire social media contractors for website management, advertising, and organizing venues for keynote speakers.
- Accountant and Bookkeeper
- Website and or Facebook Costs
- Postage
- Insurance if needed
- Bank Charges
- Social Media and Development
- Mental Health First Aid or equivalent training for Facilitators and Directors
- First Aid Training for Facilitators or Directors involved in any Outdoor Events
- Covering all Costs of Outdoor Activities
- Reimbursement to Directors and Facilitators for their Vulnerable Population Security Clearance Checks

The Man Wave Movement is planning to raise an estimated amount of $100,000.00 January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. It will cost our organization an estimated amount of $12,000.00 or a lesser amount to raise this amount.
The money raised will be for: The purpose is to create safe group spaces for men to gather in FREE men’s groups, allowing them to connect with other men and express topics about life, what they are dealing with and feeling in the moment.
It is hoped that these connections will Empower Men to learn additional ongoing wellness tools to carry in their life tool belt for their complete mental and physical health wellbeing. In addition to this we want to provide outings such as BBQ’s, Canoeing and Walking/Talking Groups.
